We source all our raw ingredients from local suppliers. We source are hog roast meats from a farm in Mitchelstown or our lamb from Wicklow. All our burgers are made in-house using Irish grass feed beef and all our salads are made in-house in BRC-approved kitchens using fresh ingredients and prepared by qualified experienced BBQ chefs.
